Hallway had water leak during heavy rain. This came into our room. The hotel was hard to find for taxi, down oneway street. We booked Superior room but this was not specified on booking confirmation and we did not get superior room
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The hotel design is a bit tacky. The washroom in my unit was not properly cleaned.
Poor service and all the taxies that the hotel got for me was trying to take overprice...did not use taxameter
The Hotel seems to be very old. Rooms not like in description, very small, no bathtub (which was written also on the booking). Maybe we didn't get the booked (and also paid) "Deluxe" room...
swimming pool / view / roof restaaurant
stinky room / no windows / cockroaches
I was very impressed by the courtesy of the staff.Whatever request I had they were able to fulfil.I Am very happy with this hotel and would most likely return in December.
Once anyone understands that this is a downtown Hotel, located very close to the mass transit line then they would realise that there is always going to be alot of people and jeepney activity.Yes, it is noisy, but I found Filipinos polite and no one bothered me.
The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Good value for ..the money. A fine Filipino family place.
7Th floor was very noisy due to nearby bar/kareoke
Very helpful courteous kind professional staff, best hotel in its class I have ever visited.
The area is a bit rough but I went walking extensively in all directions looking like a rich American and never had any problem or experiencded anything negative, personally.
Stayed one night after arriving in the evening and catching a bus up to Clark Airport the next day. No complaints. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the staff was nice. I'd definitely stay here again if I go back to Manila.
The bed was comfortable, that's about it. I must say that it was quite convenient for the airport though.
, The lock on the room door did not work until it was fixed. The bathroom was awfully smelly (it made me feel sick). The tv reception was so bad I could not watch it. When we checked out we called the front desk to bring down our bags and nobody came after 10 minutes so I took them down myself. Also, when we checked in, the front desk said they would let me know if the airport shuttle was available but I never got the call, even after asking them 3 times. Sorry but it was the worst hotel I stayed in in the Philippines.
The hotel messed up our reservations. We had booked a Deluxe room (Bridal Suite) as this was the last night my new wife and I where spending in Manila. They didn't even bother telling us and they just shoved us in a basic room. When I complained I was told that's all they had left and pretty well that's what we were stuck with. Very odd that when I went online I was able to find other rooms available for the hotel and when my wife came and went a few times people where checking in without reservations. This just told me they where to lazy to do anything about their mistake. The bed sheet felt like sandpaper. It was so over washed and pilled you could literally scratch an itch using the sheet. We had to use the one and only sheet that was left in the room to sleep on top off leaving us using our towels and clothes to keep us comfortable through out the night. We had to call down to get toilet paper at one point as they don't leave anything extra in a room even if it's just about empty. There was more.....
It's accessibility to mrt , moa & Airport .
The location is quite a busy street and hidden from the main road. Have to take extra precaution from bad elements at night.
Very Nice room got much more than expected
Staffs are all-out smile and very courteous! Their warm welcome are very noticeable!
Room 605 / 606 A/C were not functioning as it should be. Please add a "work-out area/room" - gym.
